Affiliated with the GW Center for Integrative Medicine, we collaborate with individuals to explore all aspects of their lives for healthier and more complete living. Our services complement the medical care provided by traditional healthcare practitioners with a wealth of other services - individual sessions, classes and consulting. As described previously, Mara has worked in various healthcare settings including:  hospitals, nursing homes, home health, hospice, elder protective services and then specializing in geriatric healthcare policy issues at the federal level.  She currently serves as a practitioner for the GW Center for Integrative Medicine and acts as a guest speaker to train medical students on ancient healing approaches.  She also serves as the Reiki director for the GWU Hospital.  And she offers individual session, classes and consulting through Four Directions Wellness.  Through it all, Mara continues to learn and is working on her medical intuitive training.
